All items are sold "as is" and all sales are final unless there has been a material and significant misrepresentation about the condition of the item. All disputes must be addressed within 3 days of delivery. If we determine that the item purchased is materially and significantly different from the item advertised we will gladly and cheerfully refund the purchase price of the item upon receipt of the returned item.
